Personal data is collected and processed only when absolutely necessary to allow Purpleroom Crafts to carry out the Company's duty to you as a valued customer. Registered Users and Customer Orders

Personal data provided by registered customers is stored on a secure server. Personal data will only be used by Purpleroom Crafts for the purpose of processing an order. Your name, address, email address and (with permission) your telephone number is passed to our nominated freight company for the purposes of making delivery only. You can request a deletion of your account by emailing us from the email address you used to register. Payment for orders placed online is processed using the Sagepay Gateway, Purpleroom Crafts do not have access to or keep on file, any payment details.

Newsletter Subscription

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address you provide to us will be used to send news, offers and updates to you via email. You will remain on our marketing database, which is also stored on a secure server. You can email us using the subscribed email and ask to be deleted.
