OUR AIM...... to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. We endeavour to offer a range of exciting craft materials and a high level of service. Below are some terms and conditions you will need to be aware of when using this website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). 


All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include VAT at the prevailing rate, but exclude delivery charges.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is up to date and accurate. However, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. 

Credit Card Security :

We use Sagepay to process our on-line orders. Sagepay is one of the leading payment service providers allowing transactions to be processed by Lloyds Merchant Services. This is probably the most secure credit card payment method available, using all the latest encryption methods. Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers. 


Deliveries for orders less than £50.00 will have a postage and packing charge of £3.95 applied to them. Orders over £50.00 will be delivered free of charge.

We only deliver items to the UK mainland. Orders received from elsewhere will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Customers wishing to order from outside the UK mainland should contact us in the first instance by email to arrange/cost delivery of the items.

NB. Orders from any customers from IV postcodes will need to be over £50.00 in value due to the carriage charges involved. Orders below this value will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, earlier if possible. Should there be any significant delay with your order for whatever reason, we will contact you. Any out of stock items will be back ordered and delivered to you as soon as they arrive. There will be no further postage charge for back orders. If you wish to cancel an item(s) that are not in stock once your order has arrived, we will happily refund you. We will give you updates as to the likely delivery time for any back ordered items.

Smaller packages will be sent via First Class Royal Mail, while larger packages will be sent via courier service. The delivery address you give us MUST have somebody there to accept deliveries - work addresses are always a good idea. If the courier service is unable to deliver through no fault of their own, and the delivery is returned to us, we will refund your order, but will deduct the charge from the courier. 

School Orders:

We have a wide range of school materials on offer. Schools can place orders in 3 ways: 1 - Securely on the web site using a school purchase order number. 2 - Send an email with their requirements to - we will send your goods together with an invoice. 3 - Post your order to 18 Stafford Road, Penkridge, Stafford ST19 5AX. In the latter two cases we will also deliver the goods together with an invoice. NB. ALL SCHOOL ORDERS WILL NEED TO BE DELIVERED TO A BONA FIDE SCHOOL OR NURSERY DELIVERY ADDRESS.

Returns Policy :

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.

Damaged Goods:

We take every precaution to package our orders to ensure they withstand the rigours of transit, but occasionally materials can arrive damaged. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us by email in the first instance so that we can arrange for delivery back to us. We will replace or refund the goods as you request.

Unwanted Items:

If the item(s) you have ordered are not exactly what you wanted, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. Any substitute goods should be ordered through the website as a new order in the usual way as we do not offer an exchange service.

Some items do not travel well in jiffy bags. It is your responsibility that they are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. If any returns received by us are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only offer a credit of 50% of the retail value of the goods to be given against a future order with us.
